Veggie Stirfry!






Today I really had no much option with what to prepare. But as always wanted to make something interesting and fast. So just thought of having some veggie stir fry with veggies that were sitting in refrigerator along with rice on the side.

Ingredients:
-Rice 1 cup - cooked
-Veggies- as per choice.
I used red bell pepper, orange bell paper, bunch of spinach, some broccoli stems and florets.

One tea spoon oil
Jeera/cumin seeds one tea spoon
Italian seasoning-as per taste
salt- as per taste
Pepper-as per liking

To prepare:
1) Cook rice and keep it aside
2) Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds till they pop.
3) Put in all the veggies -cut according to choice
4) Stir the veggies till soft, do not cook them much as they taste amazing a bit raw.
5) Add salt and pepper

Make a rice bed in a dish and pour the fried veggies on top and enjoy the meal with some grilled asparagus sticks.

For asparagus sticks I sauteed them on girdle a bit and rubbed some salt n chilli powder to them to make them tasty.
